3. Artwork, Books & Custom Paintings
All artwork, books, illustrations, and downloadable materials are created by Mary Anne Liam. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use the content commercially without written permission. Requests for custom watercolor paintings are handled individually, and prices may vary based on size, complexity, and availability.
4. Uploading Children’s Drawings
When you upload a drawing or message, you confirm that: you are the parent or legal guardian of the child; you have the right to share the artwork; the content does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. Uploaded drawings may be used for inspiration, feedback, or communication, but will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission.
5. Communication & Response Time
Messages sent through the contact form will usually receive a reply within a few days. Response times may vary depending on workload, holidays, or custom painting requests.
6. Orders, Payments & Refunds
All purchases made through the shop are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days so we can help resolve it.
7. Digital Downloads
Activity sheets, printables, and digital products are for personal use only. You may print them for your child, classroom, or home — but you may not resell, redistribute, or upload them elsewhere.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information (such as your name, email, message, or uploaded drawings) is used only to respond to your inquiry or process your order. When you submit your email through the contact form, it is stored securely so I can reply to your message and follow up if needed. Your email will never be shared with third parties. If you choose to receive updates, your email may also be used to send news about new books, artwork, activities, or special announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
9. School Visits & Collaborations
Teachers, librarians, and schools are welcome to reach out for visits, workshops, or collaborations. All arrangements are handled individually and confirmed in writing.
